Melbourne Italian Festa - 17 November 2019

I absolutely loved my breakfast brioche demonstration at the Melbourne Italian Festa and Italian Chamber of Commerce event! Another great day to enjoy and be part of the Italian atmosphere at Lygon Street, Carlton, Melbourne. Love the loud festa feels and of course food...arancini, cannoli, gelato, arrosticini, coffee etc! Quite a few of my cookbooks were sold and people were already at the festa early and came to my breakfast demonstration with many enjoyed my toasted brioche with char-grilled peaches, mascarpone, drizzled red wine/honey syrup and topped with almonds. Let’s party again at the festa next year, we can’t wait for the next one!
