Carlton Italian Festa - 21 October 2018

It was perfect weather at the Carlton Italian Festa and was an amazing day! An annual event that I had been attending for many years and it was an honour to be part of the Festa this time.

A full day of being surrounded by traditional and modern Italian atmosphere, aroma of coffee, arrosticini, pasta, on stage entertainment, sweet food and cooking demo’s. I had sold so many cookbooks (thank you!) and I absolutely loved my cooking demo at the Italian Chamber of Commerce ‘Gusto Italiano’ Marquee sharing my almond biscuit recipe from my book with a few variations, tips and tricks!

I had chatted with so many beautiful people about all things foodie, all things Italian and of course my cookbook.
